وصف الشركة On the seventeenth of December 1971 the program was opened in the western Radio Qatar within an ambitious plan to complete the form for the start of the civilized voice Qatar to radio listeners non-native speakers in Arabic whether diameter or the Arabian Gulf region . Paddy and foremost was the primary motivation and vital broadcasting this program is to fill the vacuum of the lack of specialized broadcast in foreign languages, as is the case in Arab countries .
