TRAINING METHODOLOGY “Blended Learning” involves using both a combination of Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Computer Based Training (CBT) to train. Instructor Led Training will be delivered in the classroom using Flash/PowerPoint Presentations. Other learner can further reinforce his classroom learning going through a CBT session at his own learning pace. The content coverage and flow remains same for both ILT and CBT. The shift to the new pedagogy will benefit students immensely. As he/she now can avail of On-demand learning Content having rich-media presentations which aids learning retention Re-enforcement & review of content knowledge and extensive hands-on practice via simulations and inter-activities.
