وصف الشركة Established in 2009 by Valerie Jeremijenko Yama Yoga Studios offers Doha the widest range of yoga, pilates and movement classes at two central locations. Our Yoga classes draw from a number of traditional lineages of yoga with particular focus on Astanga, vinaysas and flow forms to build strength, stamina and mindfulness. We also offer beginner yoga classes, alignment based forms, pre and post natal classes and programming and yin and restorative forms. Our developing Pilates program is developed in collaboration with Body Control Pilates, the UK’s leading Pilates teacher training organization. In addition to the over 100 classes a week that we offer Yama Yoga also offers a variety of teacher training programs, international workshops, educational programing, professional development opportunities and intercultural consulting. In all we do we endeavor to respect the traditions and culture of our host country and to advance the vision of the 2030 plan towards a happier and healthier society through such programs.
