وصف الشركة Launched in 2011, QEERI is the member of Qatar Foundation Research and Development entrusted to conduct and coordinate long-term and multidisciplinary research that addresses critical national priorities concerning energy and the environment. The Qatar Environment and Energy Research Institute plays a key role in supporting two of Qatar’s grand challenges: Energy Security and Water Security. QEERI is establishing and integrating three research tracks on solar energy to support the deployment of 1 GW of solar energy and reduce the risk of the deployment and instability to the grid: Solar Photovoltaics, Energy Storage technologies and Grid Integration, working closely with local, existing companies.
