IT-Serve was founded in Dubai the year 2001 to fill a gap in the market for a consistent, western educated and experienced IT service and support solution. The three partners, Jens M. Lund, Ralph Steven-Jennings and Soren Christensen have worked with full dedication to prove that IT-Serve has a distinct competitive advantage in the systems integration market, all of which is gained through fulfilling needs of our clients – small or large. IT-Serve Qatar has a history and clear policy of recruiting talented, well-experienced and qualified engineers and managers from all around the world, then they go through rigorous training and incentives program, develop and refining skills in-house, and we encourage an open, professional working environment ensuring staff development and commitment. This is headed by Paul Steven-Jennings who is acting as the Technical Director/General Manager Paul’s enthusiasm and devotion to fast growing IT technology and evolution enables him to provide effective solutions to our client’s complex IT related problems. He recruited well-experienced and skilled engineers/technicians to provide IT services and support solutions to our ever growing clients in Qatar.
