Ya hala (Welcome) to the Qatar University College of Pharmacy website. This academic program was initiated to help meet the country's growing demand for medication experts. The College of Pharmacy is the first and only pharmacy degree program in the State of Qatar. It is also the seventh college at Qatar University, following approval from the Board of Regents under the leadership of Emir H.H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in June 2008.

Qatar Computing Research Institute (QCRI) is a national research institute, established in 2010 by Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, a private, non-profit organization that is supporting Qatar’s transformation from carbon economy to knowledge economy. QCRI operates under the umbrella of Hamad bin Khalifa University.
QCRI supports Qatar Foundation’s mission by helping to build Qatar’s innovation and technology capacity. It is focused on tackling large-scale computing challenges that address national priorities for growth and development.
In doing this, QCRI conducts world-class multidisciplinary computing research that is relevant to the needs of Qatar, the wider Arab region, and the world. Qatar Biomedical Research Institute (QBRI) is a national research institute within Hamad bin Khalifa University (HBKU). QBRI aims to improve and transform healthcare through innovation in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases affecting the Qatari population and the region.
As a disease-focused institute, QBRI concentrates on applying integrative and multidisciplinary approaches to provide novel insights into the molecular basis of the Grand Challenges of breast cancer; type 2 diabetes; neurological disorders such as autism and epilepsy; and the development of novel biomarkers, diagnostic and therapeutic strategies to facilitate early diagnosis, treatment and management of these devastating diseases towards improving personalized medicine and healthcare.

Qatar Aeronautical College is located on a purpose-built campus in Ras Abu Aboud, directly behind Doha International Airport.
The main building includes administration offices, departmental offices, classrooms, workshops, examination hall, library, cafeteria, and snack bars. Behind the main building are a mosque and four residential blocks providing single-bedroom accommodation for students and some staff members. Cable TV, telephones and laundry facilities are available in shared living areas. Students and staff residing in the college are provided with three meals a day in the dining room.
