The company started retail division in 2005 by opening its first supermarket in Souque Al Faleh called Pinoy Supermarket which was primarily focused on Pilipino customers. Soon enough another venture in Al Khor called Sealand Hypermarket was launched, Now both of these stores renamed as Grand Mart. The retail strategy of the company is quite simple but unique. To focus on utilizing the market potential offered in outskirts of Doha City instead of concentrating on center of city. It has been focusing on convenient stores where neighborhoods can come for shopping. Customers can shop in a comfortable environment at the convenient location The motto of retail division is to enable customers to do convenient and comfortable shopping.
